By definition, The Craft Bar is a “gastropub” which means a bar and restaurant that pours high-end beer and cocktails served with chef-inspired food. Our professionally trained bartenders mix cocktails using craft spirits combined with our own house-made components. We regularly update our cocktail menu with fresh & innovative creations that change with the seasons. Our extraordinary craft beer selections on tap include some of the rarest and most sought after beers in the nation, making The Craft Bar the only place in Northwest Florida to serve many of these special kegs. Chef Gary Serafin’s culinary creations are regional variations of traditional pub and tavern fare. We’ve created a casual atmosphere for our guests to enjoy incorporating details like 100 year-old reclaimed cypress (lifted from the bottom of the Chattahoochee River) for our tables and bar top. We are committed to serving top-quality, chef-inspired tavern fare to guests including our famous burgers, hearty salads, and amazing side dishes – all with a regional twist. Just like our beef, we source the BEST ingredients (down to the variety of potato used to make our house-cut french fries). We are proud to serve seafood from local fisherman and use smaller regional vendors for fresh seasonal vegetables.
